Ex-Kogi Governor, Ibrahim Idris, takes wife number 13

The 68 year old ex-governor of Kogi State, Ibrahim Idris, on Friday April 6th, married a new wife...the 13th. She is a 27 year old woman named Ramotu from Okene who lived in Abuja and was selling senegalese cloths at the Presidential villa before meeting her husband.
