No Electricity VS Low Voltage Electricity

Following the sack of some top PHCN officials and the announcement that the very poor Power situation we are currently experiencing in the country is going to last till July, Big Tak and I took a swing at the situation. On the morning experience today, we put out this question; "Some PHCN bosses got fired; Power outage in the country won't be sorted till July; for a few weeks now, power supply has been poor in most places, with the voltage fluctuating badly. With all these in mind, would you rather have low voltage electricity or no electricity at all?"
