TV presenter abducted in Lagos

According to punch metro, Alhaji Razaq Gawat, has been abducted in Lagos. He is the anchorman of an Islamic TV programme during, E didè e ji sari, which is broadcast on Nigerian Television Authority Channel 10. He was reportedly abducted around Apongbon end of Eko Bridge, Lagos Island on Tuesday.

The Police Public Relations Officer, in the state, Ngozi Braide, confirmed the incident, adding that the police had commenced investigations into the matter. She however said the matter was being treated as a case of missing person and not kidnap or abduction since no one had contacted the family.
