Here are the entries and analysis Cont'd

C29: “The flower blossoms with its petals projecting outward like rays of light from the sun and this represents life” That is my favorite line in her write up. It is a bit disjointed in depth but the meaning is still conveyed. She said the picture shows 3 stages and to this I kinna disagree, I see just 2. It is an impressive effort.

C30:    I like this picture...it speaks to me of survival. When you cut out a part of a tree, instead of dying off, it sprouts a new life. I also like the write up...however, I do not think that the sprout is an offsrping of the tree in the real sense of the word.

C31:    White rose? Really? Where please? The write up is rather dreary and the picture doesn’t speak of new life to me

C32:    (ah…perfect picture for C25. I am sorry I am fixated on C25 but the write up has totally impressed me and I just wish the picture wasn’t so staged. ) This guy, charlse, must really love beans. If the theme was “your favorite meal” or “beans” his write up would have stood a chance. I like the picture though.

C33:    This guy obviously did some research about the number of chickens in the world…too bad that has nothing to do with the session’s theme

C34:       I am sorry but I do not see the said caterpillar in this photo. Does anyone see it?

C35:       I think we will all agree that this entry is entirely off point

C36:     Jennifer said ‘rat is my pet and I like seeing rats’. Her essay showed her knowledge of rats. If the theme was “your pet” or “you favorite animal” her essay would have worked. The picture is nice though (even though I hate rats, I can’t deny that the picture is from an interesting and bold angle)
C37:    Metamorphosis…That is the theme that would have made this write up meaningful. The picture is sooooo nice and clear and has a very fine texture….feels like I could touch the egg. I am curious about the device used to capture this.

C38:    This entry isn’t even working at all. Rocks and new life do not go together. However, I have to say that I like the way his picture captured his shadow…interesting.

C39:  Hardwork could have been his theme. He tried to give the picture some meaning with the essay but didn’t quite get it right.

C40:  Morning sky….nice. The fence ruined the view though. The write up is a very good effort but doesn’t quite hit the spot.
C41:    This…I love. Perfect picture of the skyline….well, almost perfect put for this purpose, perfect enough. I wonder if Henn Ree is in Enugu…seeing as the picture was taken in Lekki. And his essay…short, pointed, meaningful.

C42:     He wrote on evolution. Wrong. Is it me or does the picture show a stem growing out of an egg shell? Anyway, the entry doesn’t work for me….especially as he described his picture with the word ‘flower’. There is a difference between flower and leaves.
