#OnAirWithTobeDaDiva: The Segments

Yay...so we started the show yesterday and even though I, unfortunately had some studio hitches, we pulled off a fab first show. Seeing as it is my work nature to always have something up my sleeves, I will keep a few things from you...you will get to know them as the show goes on.

But hey, I told you about all the cool segments I have planned out for us on air and promised to write them all out for you here, so here goes:

The Dish

This is a 15 minutes segment from 10.10pm to 10.25pm on Wednesdays. Like the name implies, on this segment, I dish on the latest gossip, trends, places and (just because I have a super dope source) tell you some exclusive details about stuff that you never knew.

Do you remember the character 'The Grinch' I played on "The Faculty"? Well, on this segment, the grinch will meet Tobe and deliver all these to you till your eyes water and pop.

All you have to do on #TheDish, is listen and enjoy!






The Dish Talk Back:
This starts out from 10.30pm every wednesday and runs for 30 minutes. The phone lines, twitter, Facebook and instagram will be available for you to talk back on everything I dished on in #TheDish. You get to share your own opinion or the version of the story you heard or just make a comment on different matters. Seeing as there will be several things dished on, I can only imagine how much you will have to say on #TheDishTalkBack.

This segment is all about you...so make it a point to own it!





Graffiti Hour:
I am sure you knew there was no way I would get back on air and not make plans to let you get cool freebies right? lol

#GraffitiHour starts at 11pm every wednesday and in some ways, it is kinna like a reward to you for staying up to own the night! You can only participate via phone (so better have credit lol) and you have a chance to win several things in one night. All you need to do is call up, correctly answer one question and one question only, within 60 seconds and win. If you don't get it right or the time runs out, you loose and have to call back to try again.

I have got loads of freebies, big and small stuff...pens, t-shirts, airtime, cash, phones...maybe one day, the good Lord shall bless us with a car to giveaway (can I hear an Amen!)

Talk Thursday:

Every Thursday, for 90 minutes from 10.30pm, I will talk with you...about anything and everything. If there are stuff you want to talk about; things you are going through, stuff weighing you down, stories you want to share; we will talk about them on thursdays.

I will also share some inspirational material and tell you about things I have come across or experienced just so you can get the strength, courage and inspiration to live your life to the fullest. Every one in a while, I will speak with a personality with a story or advice to share, either via phone or live in the studio.

On talk thursdays, you will get a chance to exhale and breath while you talk, deeply, with me.

Now, I must warn you, my views on a lot of things are not exactly the most popular so be prepared to hear some edgy pieces of advice and opinion. I wish I could say it would be an unplugged and uncensored conversation but allas, there are still broadcast rules and so we will be deep but not defamatory or vulgar.
